Return Policy

Returns are accepted on all products EXCLUDING sale/promotion/discounted items & custom orders. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return. If we receive your return after 14 days, you may only exchange it for store credit, at our sole discretion. Orders past 30 days will not be accepted for any form of returns. Shipping fees on returns will not be refunded.

*When a return request is approved in writing and once the package safely reaches the seller, Washed Ashore will process your return in the original form of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as the original order. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be posted to your account. We will not refund shipping costs or customs fees. Washed Ashore is not responsible for undelivered returns. Additional shipping fees may apply for international returns.
